What Drives My Work

I am interested in the conditions that made fixing feel necessary in the first place.

My work is grounded in the belief that every person carries an intact inner authority - and that what we call brokenness is almost always a sophisticated adaptation to an environment that required it.

I work as a Structural Witness. I observe without interpreting.

I reflect without directing. I hold space for what is already present to become visible - and trust the person in front of me to know what to do with it.

This is not a soft position. It requires precision, patience, and courage.

Who I Am

I am a researcher, framework developer, and trauma-informed practitioner with more than twenty years of professional experience spanning psychology, counselling, adult education, organisational leadership, and the mining sector.

My work sits at the intersection of human psychology and systems thinking.

I am interested in one central question: What are the conditions that allow a human being to make genuine, self-directed choices - and what destroys that capacity?

That question has driven everything I have built.

I am the developer of the Architecture of Choice™ - a framework exploring how environments either dismantle or cultivate the human capacity for sovereign, self-directed living. It is the foundation beneath everything I do.

I work daily with AI platforms - actively working on building AI agents, frameworks, and tools that bring this work into the digital age.

The Work

My work has three current expressions:

FIFO life can be rewarding, it can be isolating, exhausting, and hard on relationships, and the connection you are holding together across distance.

Some of us chose it, some were pulled into it, and some feel trapped.

Curiosity is powerful. It sits between certainty and possibility.

For women moving beyond coercive control, narcissistic relationships, gaslighting, and trauma bonding.

No longer defined by what happened, no longer a survivor.

Life is no longer about answers.

It is about better questions.

One-to-one and group work for women ready to come home to themselves.

Background

My professional background spans RTO management, training systems development, community health, social enterprise, and the mining sector.

I have undertaken formal study in psychology, counselling, adult education, and business analysis - alongside extensive professional development in trauma-informed practice, Internal Family Systems, somatic therapy, breathwork, NLP, and AI agent development.

I have built businesses from concept to trading, led teams of 90+ people, navigated regulatory audits, and operated as a sole practitioner in regional and remote Australia.

I bring all of it to the work.
